Discussion on Optimal Management of Urban Gas Users

城市燃气公司特有的季节性、日用三峰性、节假日波动性的用气特点对供气管网的安全平稳运行、居民的正常生活用气影响日益突出,针对如何实现对城市燃气的科学管理问题,结合某油气田公司所属某气矿所供城市燃气公司的用气特点,探讨通过用户档案数据化动态化管理、促进燃气公司的环网储气设施建设、实现政府主导区域性供气应急管理、编制供气应急预案等方法,实现科学管理城市燃气用户的目的。

There are three important characteristics with gas distribution companies on urban gas supply, which affecting safe and stable operation of gas pipeline network and timely meeting normal residential gas demands. Those are seasonality, daily three peaks and holiday volatility of urban gas supply. To realize the scientific management on urban gas supply, combined analysis on supply features of a certain distribution company, some measures including dynamic management of user profile data, construction of loop network storage facilities, government-led regional gas supply emergency management and gas supply emergency design are suggested.
