摘要
合成了一种新型的铜离子荧光探针CPQ。探针由香豆素和8-氨基喹啉通过哌嗪桥连而成。Cu2+能够使探针CPQ的荧光发生淬灭。室温下在甲醇和水混合溶液中的紫外和荧光性质研究发现,相对于其他金属离子,探针CPQ对Cu2+具有很高的选择性,并且探针与Cu2+作用的化学计量比为1∶1,并且提出了探针分子CPQ和Cu2+相作用的可能模型。
A new coumarin-based fluorescent probe named CPQ for Cu2+ ion has been developed. The probe is composed of cou- marin and 8-aminoquinoline linked by piperazine. The fluorescence of CPQ can be quenched by the addition of Cu2+. The probe CPQ shows high selectivity to Cu2+ over other metal ions in the mixture of water and methanol as solvent at ambient temperature.A 1 .. 1 stoichiometry is shown in the CPQ and Cu2+ complex. The binding model of CPQ and Cu2+ was also given.
