摘要 学前教育是人生发展的奠基性教育,是基础教育的基础。目前,我国发展学前教育的重点与难点都在农村。在政府、社会、民众等全方位期待高素质农村幼儿教师队伍的背景下,针对农村幼儿教师队伍的"地位低、待遇差、专业素质贫弱、发展空间狭小"等现状,提出"政府应制定相关倾斜政策,提高各种待遇,提升学历层次,改变角色态度,开展城乡交流,减轻工作负担"等建设构想,以期农村学前教育得到较快发展。 The preschool education is the foundation of basic education, and also is the basis of human development. At present, rural preschool education is the most important and most difficult enterprise in China. The article analyzed the current situation of preschool teachers in China which existed several problems like lower status, poorer welfare, lower professional quality and smaller developmental space. Based.on this, the article proposed that some suggestions on constructing them which include to set up some priority policies for them by government, to improve their salary, to advance their educational level, to change their role and attitude of education, to promote communication between town and countryside, to alleviate their work burden.
