富含血小板血浆配合骨粉技术在上颌窦外提升术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨富含血小板血浆配合骨粉技术在上颌窦外提升术中的应用效果。方法取38例患者76颗种植体,术中将Bio—oss骨粉和PRP混合物充填在种植体周围骨缺损区。结果采用富合血小板血浆配合骨粉上颌窦外提升术种植患者在观察期内均未发生上颌窦炎等并发症。所植入的种植体均完成种植体牙龈美学修复,3年内种植体未见松动、损坏。结论富含血小板血浆可以促进骨组织的再生与修复,促进种植体骨结合,缩短种植体骨结合时间。
