基于动压影响的破碎煤岩体巷道加固与支护技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对山西晋城王坡煤矿3205运输巷绕道受多重应力影响而出现片帮严重、顶板大面积下沉等问题,对巷道受到的超前支承压力、侧向支承压力及采动影响等进行分析,并提出了水泥浆与化学浆复合高压注浆并配合强力锚索支护的综合加固支护方案。现场工程实践表明:采用该项加固措施后,3205运输巷绕道两帮最大移近量为45 mm,顶板最大下沉量为38 mm,底板底鼓量不超过40 mm,且未在进行再次修复,巷道可长期保持稳定。 Based on Shanxi Jincheng Wangpo coal mine 3205 shipped shun detour affected by multiple stress and appearance serious problems such as large area of subsidence, roof, abutment pressure on the roadway, lateral abutment pressure and mining effect were analyzed, and the composite cement slurry and chemical pulp of high pressure grouting and cooperate with the strong anchor cable comprehensive reinforcement scheme was proposed. Site engineering practice showed that after adopting the reinforcement measures, shipped 3205 shun detour two maximum nearer to 45 mm, roof subsidence was 38 mm, the largest amount of drum at the bottom of the base plate was no more than 40 mm, and not for repair again, roadway can remain stable for a long time.
