摘要
基于SQ-120/132P无极绳绞车存在的钢丝绳张紧、绞车绳松弛等情况,通过分析其绞车结构并结合煤矿地质生产条件,做出了增加绞车重量、采用新的轨道等改进措施,应用结果表明:解决了掉道、钢丝绳摩擦以及在复杂条件下牵引力不足等问题。
Based on SQ - 120/132 p endless rope winch wire rope tension, winch rope relaxation, etc., through the analysis of phase structure of winch and production in coal mine geological conditions, the improvement measures such as increasing the weight of winch and setting the new rail were conducted. Through the test, the technology solved the off road, wire rope friction and lack of traction under the complex condition.
