综采快速准备循环车道和储车场的设计与应用

摘要 综采准备工作面在掘进贯通后,就开始做综采准备面立架前的准备工作,由于同家梁矿盘区轨道运输巷道未设循环车道和储车场,所以每次给准备面运料最多为15车,费时费力人工投入大,从综采面准备下料到准备面进支架前需要35 d的时间。针对这一问题,进行了循环车道和储车场的设计,解决了综采准备工作面装运物料车辆循环问题,运送物料时间缩短为15 d,准备工作面立架、运架时间缩短为15 d,每年能节约资金大约180.9万元,经济效益明显。 After tunneling through fully mechanized working face, preparing for fully mechanized face floorstand before work was started. Because Tongjialiang Mine rail haulage roadway did not set cycle lanes and storage yard, so every time the maximum surface material was up to 15 cars, with large laborious manual and input, it was 35 days from mining to expect under the surface into the scaffold. In order to solve this problem, the cycle lanes and the storage yard was designed to solve the fully mechanized working face the loading vehicle material circulation problems, and delivery of material time shortened to 15 d, preparing face floorstand, shipment time was 15 d, which can save about 1.809 million RMB a year, economic benefit was obvious.
