渗水复合顶板沿空掘巷围岩控制技术

摘要 为了解决23506工作面渗水复合顶板沿空掘巷支护的难题,分析了其维护特点,在此基础上采用FLAC软件模拟垂直应力的分布特征、塑性区分布情况和围岩变形规律,确定了沿空掘巷合理煤柱宽度为6.0 m,提出了以保障顶板安全为首要,重点控制煤柱帮和底板变形破坏控制思路,给出了具体的支护参数,并成功指导了实践。结果表明:渗水复合顶沿空掘巷围岩变形具有阶段性,巷道围岩变形较小,应用效果良好,满足了巷道掘进安全和工作面回采安全,取得了较好的技术经济效果。 In order to solve roadway driving along empty goaf of weeping compound roof at 23506 working face, FLAC was applied to simulate vertical stress distribution, plastic zone distribution and surrounding rock deformation. Reasonable width of coal pillar was 6m. The control idea, on basis of ensuring the roof safety first, focusing on the control deformation of coal pillar and floor, was put forward. And the support parameter was given and put into practice successfully. The result showed that deformation for roadway driving along empty goaf of weeping compound roof was periodic. The application effect was good, which ensured driving and mining safe and made good technical and economic effect.
