低分子肝素治疗新生儿脓毒症并弥散性血管内凝血的临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 分析低分子肝素对新生儿脓毒症合并弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的治疗情况?方法 选择60例脓毒症并DIC新生儿分成研究组和对照组各30例.所有患儿都按常规进行治疗,对照组给予普通肝素进行治疗,研究组给予低分子肝素进行治疗.对比两组的治疗效果及治疗前后的DIC指标.结果 用药一周期后研究组治愈18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;对照组治愈15例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%,研究组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前DIC各指标差别不明显,治疗后以研究组更具优势.结论 低分子肝素副作用少,能有效的提高对新生儿脓毒血症并DIC的治疗效果,并促进DIC各指标的恢复. Objective To explore the effect of low molecular heparin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).Methods 60 cases of sepsis and DIC neonates were divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the DIC index of treatment effect in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After a period of treatment,study group had 18 cases cured,10 cases improved,2 ineffective,total effective rate was 93.33%; control group had 15 cases cured,7 cases improved,8 ineffective,total efficiency of 73.33%,comparison of two groups showed statistical significant difference (P 〈 0.05),all indexes of DIC in study group before treatment were not significantly different from the control group,but the study group had more advantages after treatment.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has less adverse reaction,and can effectively improve the treatment effect of neonatal sepsis and disseminated intravascular coagulation,and promote the recovery of each index of DIC.
