血红素加氧酶-1在门脉高压性胃病组织中的表达及临床意义

EXPRESSION OF HEME OXYGENASE-1 IN PORTAL HYPERTENSIVE GASTOPATHY PATIENTS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的探讨血红素加氧酶1(heme oxygenase 1,HO-1)在门静脉高压性胃病(portal hypertensive gastropathy,PHG)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测门脉高压性胃病组织及正常胃黏膜组织中HO-1的表达,分析HO-1表达与临床的关系。结果形态学研究证实:胃黏膜层和黏膜下层毛细血管扩张,未见炎性细胞浸润。门静脉高压性胃病患者HO-1阳性细胞明显增多,HO-1主要在胃黏膜固有层表达;HO-1蛋白的表达水平亦明显升高,胃黏膜HO-1蛋白表达量较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 HO-1在PHG患者中表达明显增高,参与了PHG的发生。 Objective To investigate the expression of heine oxygenase 1(HO- 1) in gastric mucosa from normal control to portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG) patients. Methods Histopathological changes were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin staining, the expression of HO- 1 in gastric mucosal specimens was tested by immunohistochemically assess. Results Morphology studies showed a number of mucosal capillaries and submucosal veins were dilated markedly without any inflammation. The level of HO- 1 protein in PHG gastric organs was significantly higher than that of normal control groups (P^0.01). Conclusion HO- 1 is upregulated in the gastric mucosal areas in PHG patients, which may play an important role in PHG.
