左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效与安全性考察

AN OBSERVATION ABOUT THE CLINICAL EFFECT AND SAFETY OF LEVOFLOXACIN FOR THE PATIENTS WITH PELVIC INFLAMMATORY

目的观察并分析左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年7月—2012年7月收治的盆腔炎患者276例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组138例,观察组采用甲硝唑和左氧氟沙星联合治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑和头孢羟氨苄治疗,比较二组患者疗效及不良反应等。结果观察组治愈率为45.65%,有效率为84.78%;对照组治愈率为32.61%,有效率为57.97%,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞数恢复正常(3.2±1.5)d,症状消失时间(3.8±1.3)d,与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且对照组不良反应率为21.02%,远高于观察组9.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星在盆腔炎的治疗中疗效显著,且不良反应少,安全性好,适用于盆腔炎的治疗,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of levofloxaein treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 276 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected in author＇s hospital from July 2011 to July 2011. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 138 cases in each group. Experimental group were treated by using met- ronidazole combined levofloxacin, the control group treated with metronidazole and cephalosporin hydroxyl ammonia henzyl. The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared in two groups. Results The cure rate was 45.65% ,effective rate was 84. 78% in experimental group, but in control group the cure rate was 32. 61% ,effective rate was 61% ,the clinical curative effect had a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Experimental group leukocyte count returned to normal time was （3.2± 1.5）d, symptoms disappear time was （3.8 ± 1.3）d, the difference had a statistical significance compared with control group,P〈0.05. Adverse reaction rate in control group was 21.02% ,far higher than the experimental group （9.42%） ,P〈0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of Levofloxacin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is distinct with less adverse reaction and good security. It is worth popularization and application in clinic.
