摘要
目的探讨黄芪注射液对实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)大鼠血清IFN-γ表达的影响。方法利用新鲜豚鼠全脊髓匀浆+完全福氏佐剂免疫Wistar大鼠建立实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎模型,选用黄芪注射液干预治疗,观察其对大鼠发病率、神经功能评分和病理学改变的影响,并检测血清IFN-γ的水平。结果黄芪注射液治疗组大鼠发病率明显降低,炎性病灶明显减少,血清中IFN-γ表达减少。结论黄芪注射液可以改善EAE大鼠的临床症状,减轻脊髓内炎症反应,其作用可能与减少血清IFN-γ的表达水平有关。
Objective To study the effect of astragalus injection on the expression of IFN-γ in rats with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Methods A Wistar rat EAE model was established by immunizing rats with fresh GPSCH plus complete Freund 's Adjuvat(CFA). Astragalus injection was administered for interventional treatment. The rats were examined for the incidence, the development of neurological signs, changes of histopathology, and the expression of IFN- γ. Results Compared with control group, the rats in astragalus injection treated group showed lower incidence, clegraded morbility, decreased inflammatory reaction, lower level of IFN- γ. Conclusion Astragalus injection can prevent and relieve EAE by decreasing the expression of IFN- γ.
