摘要
目的提高中西医临床医学专业机能学实验课程质量。方法采用教学研究中的对比法,比较实验组和对照组机能学实验课程质量的差异。实验组为我校2012级中西医临床医学专业学生,对照组为同届医学类专业学生,比较医学机能实验改革对课程质量的影响。结果实验组教学内容得分和总分均低于对照组,提示实验组的课程质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论机能实验课程整合能够提高中西医临床医学专业机能学实验课程质量。
Objective To improve the teaching quality of the functional experimental course for the clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medical and Western medical students. Methods Through a comparative method which was used in teaching research, we compared the quality difference between the experimental group and the control group in the functional experiment teaching in order to explore the effects of the functional experiment reform on the teaching quality. The students in grade 2012 majoring the clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in author's university were divided into the experimental group, and those majoring medical speciality in the same grade were divided into the control group. Results Every content scores and the total score of the experimental group teaching were lower respectively than those of the control group, suggested that the course quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The functional experimental course integration can improve the teaching quality of the course for the traditional Chinese medical and Western medical students.
