Hand function disorder is an important factor influencing the quality of life of patients with stroke. Standardized assessment of hand function has a great significance for rehabilitation. Based on the scales of hand function disorder after stroke, the article discusses how to develop the post-stroke rehabilitation therapies of the hand function, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation instruments and other assistive devices.
