摘要
在锅炉生产制造中,常碰到整体弯曲的水冷壁。目前一般采用整体成排弯曲来替代直排加弯头的形式。整体成排弯曲的优点显著,但是存在内侧起皱的缺点,针对此缺点进行原因分析,通过采取相应技术消除褶皱,在实际生产中起到了良好的效果。
In the boiler manufacturing, it is common to see rows of bended water walls. Nowadays, rows of bended water walls as a whole part are usually used instead of straight rows added elbows. Advantages of water walls are significant, but it has the advantage that there are wrinkles inward. After analyzing the reasons of this shortcoming, we use corresponding techniques to eliminate wrinkles. And this technique plays a good effect in the actual production.
