在锅炉生产制造中,常碰到整体弯曲的水冷壁。目前一般采用整体成排弯曲来替代直排加弯头的形式。整体成排弯曲的优点显著,但是存在内侧起皱的缺点,针对此缺点进行原因分析,通过采取相应技术消除褶皱,在实际生产中起到了良好的效果。
