摘要 采用MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,其外围使用ADC采样电路、PI调节电路、MOSFET驱动电路、控制和显示终端、系统供电电路和过压过流保护电路设计便携式智能直流电子负载软硬件系统,实现了恒定电压(CV)、恒定电流(CC)、恒定电阻(CR)和恒定功率(CP)模式,并具有RS232通信和控制功能。上位PC机控制界面通过VB编程实现,可以读取各个运行模式下的数据,并实时显示数据波形。经实际测试,系统输入电压0~30 V,电流0~20 A,最大输入功率100 W,最大负载电阻100Ω,电压电流精度可以控制在0.5%以内,各个模式下运行稳定、响应速度快、操作界面友好,具有一定的实用价值。 This system uses microcontroller MSP430F149 as control center. Its periphery uses ADC sampling circuit,PI adjustment circuit, MOSFET drive circuit, control and display terminal. Power supply circuit, overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit achieve hardware and software system of the portable intelligent DC electronic load. This system achieves constant voltage, constant current, constant resistance and constant power mode. In addition, RS232 communication and control function are also realized. The PC control interface is finished by VB. The function includes receiving data of each mode from several interface, displaying wave and data. The result of DC electronic load experiment shows that this system can input the voltage range 0-30 V, the current range 0-20 A, the maximum input power 100 W, the maximum load resistance 100 Ω, and the measurement parameters error is less than 0.5%. In each mode,this system runs steadily, responses fast and operation interface friendly.The technology and method adopted in the system are of certain practical value.
