摘要
浙江省自2007年开展定向培养农村社区医生工作,经历了试点、推广和完善阶段,紧紧围绕基层实用型卫生人才"进得来、下得去、用得上、留得住"的目标,制定并完善了"招录、培养、使用"等关键环节的一体化政策,保障了定向培养农村社区医生工作有序推进,满足了基层群众多层次、多样化及日益增长的健康服务需求,缓解了基层人才紧缺的"瓶颈"问题,促进并支撑了农村卫生事业可持续发展。
Since the implementing directed education of rural community doctors in Zhejiang, the stages of pilot, generalization and implementation had been processed, the target of "to reach, to get down, to use and to stay" was closely abounded for primary practical medical personnel, the integrated policy of key points as " recruitment, training and usage" had been designed and implemented, the ordered development of directed education for rural community doctors was secured, the varieties of health service demand from grass-roots were meted, the "bottleneck" problem of shorting primary personnel is relieved and the sustainable development of rural health enterprise were improved and supported.
