The Analysis on the Price Mechanism of Classificated Treatment in Medical Institutions

本研究应用经济学的理论,分析政府通过制定不同级别的医疗机构差别化价格政策,促进"小病进社区,大病进医院"的就诊模式。提出如何应用市场价格机制,引导居民合理利用医疗服务,优化卫生服务体系结构。在建立价格机制模型基础上,从供需双方的视角提出具体的可操作方案,为推进城乡卫生服务体系建设提供科学依据。

Economic principles are applied to analyze differentiation pricing policy of medical institutions in different level designed by the government, and promot the visiting mode of ＂ patients with less serious disease visit the community health care, center, patients with serious disease go to hospital＂ . How to apply market price mechanism is proposed to lead residents reasonably take use of medical services, optimize the construction of health service system. On the basis of building price mechanism mode, special operational scheme is proposed from the prospectives of supply and demand parties, provide scientific references for improving the construction of urban- rural health service system.
