北京市社区卫生服务中心公用经费补偿研究

Analysis on Public Funding in Community Health Service Center of Beijing

目前北京市实行收支两条线的社区卫生服务中心(站)公用经费的补偿存在较大问题,文章针对现行存在的问题,对社区公用经费的补偿问题进行研究,规范了公用经费的定义、范围,对公用经费的补偿形式及拨款程序提出了建议,并对公用经费的定额项目标准制定提出了方法。

In the current, there are many problems of the public funding compensation on revenue and expenditure in community health service center of Beijing. The compensation problems of community public funding was analyzed to solve the current existing problems, the definition and scope of public funding were standarded, suggestions on the compensation method and appropriation process of public funding were given and methods on designing the quotu project standard of public funding were proposed.
