摘要 介绍了UHF RFID无源标签的供电特点,即采用无线功率传输供电,或利用片上储能电容充放电实现对芯片电路供电。同时为保证通信需求,应该做到充电与放电供需平衡,可取的设计是将标签所接收的射频能量大部分用于浮充供电;为集中更多能量用于浮充供电,应当尽量减少射频能量的其它应用消耗,包括接收时段的解调解码、应答时段的调制和发送。 The power supply characteristics of UHF RFID passive tag are introduced, which uses wireless power transmission or on-chip capacitor which can charge and discharge to supply power. At the same time, the balance of charging and discharging should be satisfied to ensure the communication demand. The desirable design is that the majority of radio frequency power received by tag is used to supply floating power. The other application consumption of radio fi'equency power should be reduced in order to focus more power on floating power, including the demodulation and decoding between receiving period, and modulation and sending between response time.
