摘要
结合某工厂大门的倾覆问题,根据有限元方法基本原理,有效解决了材料模型、边界条件以及荷载作用等问题,建立了预应力混凝土斜拉桥式大门有限元模型。基于ANSYS实现了大门模型的数值模拟,通过对结构在三种荷载工况作用下的变形、应力等主要参数的分析,并与现场破坏情况进行对比,从而得出大门倾覆的原因,对保证大门的安全具有重要意义,同时也可对相关工程的分析处理提供参考。
Combined with a factory gate capsize problem, according to the basic principles of the fi- nite element method, the materials model, boundary conditions, loads and other issues were studied, and a complete finite element model of the prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge type gate was estab- lished. Based on ANSYS, we achieved a numerical simulation of the gate model, analyzed the main struc- tural parameters such as deformation and stress under three kinds of load cases, and compared with the field destruction, discerned the reason for the gate capsize, for ensuring the safety of the gate had an im- portant significance, meanwhile provided a reference for the analysis of the relevant engineering.
