摘要
运用ansys软件,采用高斯热源模型,对细长板件的焊接进行了模拟,并在焊接完成后,对细长板件加载x方向和y方向的拉力.结果显示,细长板件焊接残余应力以压应力为主,在两方向加载拉力均能有效减小细长板件的残余应力.该研究表明可以通过加载适当拉力减小细长板件的残余应力.
The residual stress of slender plate after welding was simulated by Gaussian heat source model through ANSYS, as well as the loading of tensile stress on slender plate in either x -direction or y -direction. The results show that the crushing stress is the main residual stress after welding and the loading of tensile stress on slender plate in each direction can decrease residual stress effectively , which means that it is feasible to de-crease residual stress through proper tensile stress .
