摘要
通过研究门座起重机四连杆组合臂架系统各构件之间的内在关系,推导出象鼻梁头部位置与臂架倾角之间的关联函数,利用Excel办公软件将其编制成计算程序,计算出在全幅变幅过程中象鼻梁头部的运行轨迹及水平落差,辅助图解法进行组合臂架的优化设计。
The research is done on internal relationship between various components of four-bar combined boom system of the portal slewing crane to deduce the correlation function between the elephant nose head position and boom inclination. The correlation function is made to the calculation program using EXCEL office software, to figure out the moving trajectory and level drop of the elephant nose head during full-width luffing process, and to perform optimal design for combined boom with the aid of graphical methods.
