摘要
对大吨位汽车起重机底盘渗漏油现象进行统计分析,并选取2处典型渗漏点进行全面的调查和研究,采用基于8D的分析法,获得有效解决对策,使大吨位起重机漏油故障率下降67.9%,整体呈下降趋势并得到控制。这种分析方法为同类问题提供可靠的技术解决思路。
The statistical analysis for chassis leakage of large-ton truck crane is performed in the paper, with complete investigation and research for 2 typical leakage points. 8D-based analysis method is adopted for getting the effective solu- tions, to make the oil-leakage rate of large-ton truck cranes drop by 67.9%, with overall declining trend and under control. The analysis method provides reliable technical solution thoughts for similar problems.
