摘要
以二甘醇和(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯为原料,采用精馏装置,通过酯交换反应,合成二甘醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯活性稀释剂,以实现清洁、高效和高质化生产。研究考察了不同催化剂、阻聚体系、投料比等主要因素对反应的影响,得到了最佳反应条件:在空气和对羟基苯甲醚的复合阻聚体系下,以二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,醇酯物质的量比为1∶6,可使产品中目标产物含量达到93%,收率达到90%以上,色度良好。产品用核磁共振仪、气相色谱仪及液相色谱-质谱联用仪等进行了定性定量分析。
Diethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate reactive diluent has been synthesized by transesterification with diethylene glycol and methyl (meth) acrylate through reactive distillation apparatus in order to achieve clean, efficient and high quality production. The effects of different catalysts, polymerization system and the ratio of reaction material on reaction were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:the purity of the product was 93% or more and the yield was 90% or more when the molar ratio of alcohol to es- ters was 1:6 with dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst on air and hydroxyanisol inhibitor mixed poly- merization system. The chroma was good. 1H-NMR, GC and LC-MS were applied to monitor and characterize the products.
