摘要
为解决柴油质量升级的问题,中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司新建2.0Mt/a加氢裂化装置,首次开工的标定结果表明,采用全循环方案,在精制温度367℃、裂化温度381℃的条件下,脱硫率为99.35%,轻油收率为94.30%。装置投入正常生产后,通过采取提高尾油循环量、降低精制反应深度、提高裂化反应深度等优化措施增产喷气燃料,喷气燃料收率达到36.55%。
To upgrade the diesel, a new hydrocracking unit with 2.0 Mt/a capacity was built in SIN- OPEC Qingdao Refining &Chemical Company. The calibration for the start-up operation indicate the good performance of the catalyst system of FF-36/3963/FC-32, under the conditions of 367 ℃ in refining stage, cracking temperature of 381 ℃ with full recycle mode,the sulfur removal rate is 99.35% with the light fraction yield of 94.30%. In the normal production, the jet fuel yield can reach 36. 55% by mild re- fining, more severe cracking conditions and more amount of recycle tail oil.
