摘要
探讨了化机浆生产中木片在浸渍系统与高分子表面活性物类渗透软化剂的作用机理、吸收反应,可促使木片更加松疏,加速药液浸透木片内部润胀纤维,从而更有利于磨浆。使用渗透软化剂可降低电耗、节约能源和化学品用量,并可适用于多种化机浆的生产。
Through the mechanism of polymer surfactant penetration softener category, the wood and the absorption reaction of penetrating and softening agent to chip in impregnation system were studied, which can make wood more loose, more conducive to soak and swell the internal fiber of wood, thus more conducive to grind the pulp. The application of penetrating and softening agent can reduce the consumption of power, energy and chemicals.
