摘要
针对氧分析仪在热轧加热炉应用中存在的问题,从测量原理、检测方式等方面分析了热轧加热炉的氧分析仪的选型问题。考虑到使用过程中易受安装位置和工况的影响,提出了所需遵循的一系列原则和方法。选取抽取式和直插式两种典型的氧分析仪对安装过程和校准方法进行了仔细研究。结合实际经验,提出了常见故障的诊断和处理方法。实际表明,这些方法对氧分析仪在热轧加热炉上的可靠使用具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the problems existing in application of oxygen analyzer in hot rolling furnace, the model selection of the oxygen analyzers used for hot rolling furnace are analyzed from measuring principles and detection modes. Considering the influence of installation locations, and operating conditions, a series of principles and methods need to follow are proposed. Two type which are extraction and in-line of typical oxygen analyzers are selected for researching their installing procedures and calibration methods in detail. Combining with practical experiences, the diagnosis and handling methods of the commonly seen faults are proposed. The practice indicates that these methods possess important guiding significance for reliable application of oxygen analyzers in hot rolling furnaces.
