摘要
为了精确测量微小位移,提出了一种分布式微小位移精确测量系统。该系统基于线阵CCD,采用FPGA和网络通信技术实现。通过FPGA设计逻辑时序,实现了线阵CCD的高速驱动;通过网络通信技术,实现了数据的远距离传输和支持多站能力。一维微小形变的测试结果表明,该系统可以支持32个线阵CCD测试节点,CCD数据传输率达到了5 000帧/s,节点数据传输距离大于1 000 m,测量精度达到100μm。
In order to measure micro-displacement accurately,the distributed micro-displacement measurement system with high precision is proposed. The system is based on linear CCD and implemented by using FPGA and network communication technologies. The logic time sequence is designed through FPGA to realize high speed driving of the linear CCD, and the long distance data transmission and the capability if supporting multiple stations are implemented by network communication technology. The system has been used in one dimensional micro- deformation test, and supports 32 linear CCD test nodes. The data transmission rate of CCD reaches 5 000 frames per second, the transmission distance of node data is greater than 1 000 m, and the measurement accuracy is up to 100 μm.
