摘要
为提高机车车轴超声探伤的效率和可靠性,该文针对已有车轴超声自动探伤系统的不足,进行了系统改进设计和研究。本系统采用双通道同步探伤模式,每个通道采用两种弧形表面的超声波探头,在工控机(进行数据采集与分析)和PLC(实现探伤过程自动控制)相结合的基础上改进设计和实现了自动控制系统的系统结构和软件结构,提高了软件的可靠性,增强了软件的操作友好性,可以有效地提高车轴超声波自动探伤系统的工作效率,满足了轨道交通车辆生产企业对车轴超声自动化检测系统的需求。
In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the ultrasonic inspection of axles,a certain of improved design and research were carried out to resolve the short of existing systems. This system employs dual-channel in- spection mode,which works simultaneously. Each channel has two ultrasonic probes with different surface are. On the basis of industrial computer,which collects data and analyzes,and PLC,whieh carries out the automatic control process, this paper develops the system structure and the software architecture,so as to improve the reliability and friendly op- eration. It can effectively improve the inspection efficiency and satisfy the needs of rail transporation manufacturers.
