伞式免气腹装置在猪腹腔镜手术中的护理配合 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨伞式免气腹装置在猪腹腔镜胆囊手术的护理配合。方法实验猪6头,应用伞式装置行腹腔镜下胆囊手术,记录手术时间、出血量、术中有无并发症。结果6头猪均顺利完成手术。手术时间21~65min,出血量为2~16ml,无中转开腹,无术中、术后大出血等并发症。结论顺利完成手术需要熟练掌握应用伞式装置的操作技巧和护士的密切配合。
