摘要
在对传统木工轮廓铣床进行数控化改造的过程中,提出一种无需人工编制数控加工代码,而是根据图形文件(DXF文件)进行自动加工工件轮廓曲线的方法,并在VC++环境下,开发了一款基于数控木工轮廓铣床的数据处理系统,可实现任意轮廓曲线的离散化及数控代码生成。通过工业生产试验,证明系统可简化机床操作,提高加工精度和生产效率,降低生产成本。
In order to transform the traditional carpentry line trace mill into CNC, a new method was presented. This new method takes the technol- ogy of graphics interaction with DXF file, and can mill directly according to the workpiece surface shape data. CNC carpentry line trace mill data pro- cessing software in VC++6. 0 environment was developed which can realize arbitrary contour curves discretization and G - Code generation. The processing experiments prove that this system can simplify the machine operation,increase milling ef- ficiency, improve quality effectively and reduce the production cost.
