摘要
酒店客房定价要想既使企业获利、又让顾客满意是经济型酒店需要解决的重要问题。在分析归纳影响经济型酒店客房定价主要因素的基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)对其主要影响因素进行了定量分析,依据分析结果提出了相应的定价策略。
How to secure corporate profits when satisfying customers is an important issue for economy hotels. Main fac- tors affecting the economy hotel room pricing are discussed, the influencing factors are quantitatively analyzed with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and finally corresponding pricing strategies are proposed.
