摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对腮裂囊肿的诊断价值。方法收集经术前CT扫描并手术病理证实的侧颈部囊性病变30例。结果根据Work及Bailey分型:第一腮裂囊肿5例,Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型3例;其中有窦道及脓肿1例;第二腮裂囊肿24例,Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型16例,Ⅲ型3例,Ⅳ型1例;合并感染者6例。第三腮裂囊肿1例。结论 MSCT尤其是冠状及矢状面重建图像可对病变进行精确定位及明确分型,并对病变与周围结构的关系是否合并感染进行准确判断和评价,为手术治疗提供详细的影像依据。
