摘要 缺血后处理是在缺血预处理基础上提出的新概念,因其对器官缺血-再灌注损伤具有良好的保护作用,且具有事后性及良好的临床可控性,故应用性强,目前已成为研究保护器官缺血-再灌注损伤方面的热点。但缺血后处理对肺保护作用的研究相对较少,确切机制及诱导时间窗等问题尚不清楚。本文就其发现与应用、保护机制、时间窗、发展与展望等研究新进展进行综述。 Ischemia post-conditioning is a new concept based on ischemic preconditioning.
