Social Security,Economic Development and Regional Differences ——Based on the Coupling Empirical Analysis of Provincial Data in China

社会保障水平与经济发展水平之间的关系,一直是学者们关注的焦点。基于社会保障与经济发展耦合协调度的时空分析,发现2001—2011年中国社会保障与经济发展保持着良性互动,两者的关系从磨合阶段逐渐趋向协调适应。经济发展与社会保障水平的区域差异明显,经济发展水平高的省份,其社会保障水平也相对较高,但西部地区社会保障水平与经济发展水平呈现一定的不匹配性,尽管其经济发展水平较低,但社会保障水平较高。从协调等级看,优质、良好协调和严重失调的省份较少,多数省份属于协调发展的中间类型,并且东部地区协调度明显优于中西部地区。

The relationship between social security level and economy development level has been the academics focus all the time. Based on the space analysis of the coupling coordination degree of social security and economic development, the author finds 2001-2011 China social security and economic development to maintain the benign interaction, and the two relationships to improve from the running stage gradually to adapt coordination. The regional differences of economic development and the level of social security is obviously, the level of economic development of the provinces are high, the social security level is relatively high, but in the western region of social security level and economy development level presents some mismatch, despite its economic development level is low, but the social security level is higher. From the coordination level, high quality, good coordination and a serious imbalance between provinces is less, the majority of provinces belong to intermediate type of coordinated development and the coordination of eastern area is better than in the central and Western regions.
