0.2%苦皮藤素乳油对鹌鹑的毒性测试

Study on Toxicity of 0.2% Celangulins EC on Birds

采用灌胃法与蓄积毒性试验法研究了 0 .2 %苦皮藤素乳油对鹌鹑的急性毒性与蓄积毒性。结果表明 :0 .2 %苦皮藤素乳油对雌雄鹌鹑的口服急性毒性 LD5 0 分别为 2 885.64mg/kg与 2 80 0 .79mg/kg,蓄积系数大于 5.9,属对鸟类低毒农药 。

The acute toxicity of 0.2% celangulins EC on quails have been studied in 1999.The results showed that LD 50 was 2 885.64 mg/kg to female and 2 800.79 mg/kg to male .The acumulative coefficient was more than 5.9. Both the acute toxicity and acumulative toxicity of the 0.2% celangulins EC were lower to birds.
