摘要
文章依据全国30个省市区2001-2011年的面板数据,构建了多元线性回归模型,以财政科技投入、专利水平、科技市场交易额等变量为指标的科技进步对大学生就业的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:财政科技投入、专利水平和科技交易都在正向上推动大学生就业密度的提高,其中财政科技投入贡献程度更高;全国的区域差异明显,东部地区科技进步对大学生就业的拉动效应高于全国平均水平,中西部的拉动效应弱化。因此,应该继续加强科技投入,提高科技产出以及科技成果转换能力,同时对中西部有积极的政策倾斜,以促进我国的大学生就业。
The variables such as financial investment in action of technical market reflect the progress of science and science and technology, patent level and business trans- technology. Based on the panel data in 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2011, a multiple linear regression model is constructed to examine how the progress of science and technology affect the employment of college students. The research shows that the progress of science and tech- nology has promoted employment of college students, and Regional differences are quite distinctive, with the pulling financial investment plays the most important role in it effect of scientific and technological progress on college student~ employment in the eastern parts higher than the national average level, meanwhile that in the middle and western parts weak. In order to improve employment of college students, we should continue to strengthen technologi- cal investment, increase the output and the conversion of achievements of science and technology, and adopt positive preferential policy in the western regions
