摘要
对于创意产业发展及创意人才培养,以往的研究主要集中于如何开发培养新的创意人才上,鲜有对从业人员的满意度的实证研究。以员工满意度为中心,将山东省创意产业员工作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型和因子分析方法,查找影响创意产业员工满意度的主要因素。结果显示,工作挑战、薪酬水平、发展机遇、工作自由度、团队协作等因素对员工的工作感受、个人期望、工作产出、工作转移产生显著的影响,是影响创意产业员工满意度的主要因素。其中,工作挑战、工作方式对员工工作感受的影响明显;工作自由度对员工个人期望的影响程度显著,并对工作转移产生影响;团队协作则直接对工作产出发挥显著作用。
Previous studies of the development of creative industry and cultivation of creative industry talents fo- cused on how to train creative talents, including the construction of creative industry subject system and the training model. Few studied the work condition and job feeling of employees in creative industry. In the perspective of the creative industry employee satisfaction, this paper collects data by means of designing questionnaires, then uses fac- tor analysis method to determine the major influencing factors of employee satisfaction in creative industry. With the structural equation model, it builds a creative industry employee job satisfaction relation model, which studies the path of the relationship between variables and finds out the main factors influencing the creative industry employees' job satisfaction. According to the results of empirical studies, challenge work, salary lever, industrial policy, market prospect, development opportunities, work freedom, team work, etc. are the main aspects affecting the feelings of creative industry employees. Creative industry employees focus more on job development and work freedom. Work feelings have become a more and more important factor in the output of creative industry. The improvement in work status and work feeling of employees will lead to the improvement in output of the industry. Also, good team coopera- tion plays an important role in work output.
