Effection of Some Trace Elements on the Number of Silkworm Laid Eggs

在家蚕幼虫第 4、5龄期 ,添食一定量的微量元素锌、锰 ,能增加蛹体内锌、锰元素含量 ,减少退化卵发生数量 ,从而显著增加家蚕的产 (造 )卵数量 ;添食甲状腺素 ,促进家蚕的代谢率 ,加速蛋白质的合成 ,增加蚕蛹体重量 ,从而显著增加家蚕的产 (造 )

To feed trace element (zinc) or manganese at some concentration during the silkworm larve at 4th and 5th instar could increase the amount of zinc or manganese in the pupas and could decrease the number of degenerated eggs,therefore the number of laid eggs was increased singificently.To feed thyroxine at some concentrationr during the silkworm larve and 5th instar could improve the rate of metabolism and accelerate synthesis of its protain,at the same time it could add to the pupas weight and increase singificently the number of laid eggs.
