摘要
甘草毛状根是用Ri质粒转化甘草 (GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch .)细胞后获得的人工培养根器官 ,应用化学发光法测定体外SOD样活力 ,证明甘草毛状根具有较好的抗氧化能力。小鼠体内实验结果表明 ,预先口服甘草毛状根水煎剂可使由CCl4 所致的小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶的升高以及肝内丙二醛含量的增加显著降低 ,也能使CCl4 所致的小鼠肝内超氧化物歧化酶的降低显著提高 ,其作用呈剂量依赖性。甘草毛状根可减轻CCl4 所致的肝脏坏死 ,是值得深入研究与开发利用的人工新资源。
Hairy roots of \%Glycyrrhiza uralensis \%Fisch. (HRGU) were transferred by infecting its cell with \%Agrobacterium rhizogenes \%15834 which harboured the agropine\|type Ri plasmid. Using chemiluminometry the SOD activity of HRGU was detected. The result proved that it had good effect on antioxidation. The experiment in mice showed that the HRGU could apparently ameliorate the symptom induced by carbon tetrachloride, such as the rising of LDH, GOT, MDA and the reducing of SOD activity. The effects are dose\|dependent. It can alleviate the carbon tetrachloride\|induced hepatic necrosis. So HRGU is worthy for further to research as an useful artificial new resources.
