摘要
介绍尼龙56的物理性能及适用领域,通过对尼龙56切片在120℃下干燥12 h,使其水质量分数低于30×10-6,纺丝温度控制在290℃以内,可以纺出一定规格,一定强度的尼龙56 POY。由于设备干燥密封效果不好,缺少氮气保护等原因可能造成流变仪出丝不连续。
The physical performance and suitable application fields of Nylon 56 were introduced. The Nylon 56 POY with certain specifications and strength can be spinned by Nylon 56 chip drying for 12 hours at the temperature of 120℃ ,the water mass fraction of the chip below 30 ×10-6 ,the spinning temperature within 290 ℃.
