摘要
The contents of orientin and vitexin in the seeds of \%Trigonella foenum\|graecum \%L. from four production localities were determined by HPLC for the first time.\ The contents of orientin and vitexin from Jiangsu are the highest which is 0.025 9% and 0.018 4% respectively.\ Contents of the other three production localities,Anhui,Shaanxi andNingxia are0.014 8%and 0.004 4%, 0.008 9% and 0.002 9%, 0.017 6% and 0.008 9% respectively.
