摘要 目的评估体重指数(BMI)对。肾小球滤过率(GFR)体表面积(BSA)标准化的影响。方法2010—03—2012—03间共161例患者接受血浆法肾小球滤过率(pGFR)和显像法肾小球滤过率(gGFR)检查,按肾功能分期和体重指数(BMI)分组。在不同分期和BMl分组间,比较BSA标准化前、后pGFR和gGFR间的差值和相关系数变化。结果高BMI者pGFR和gG—FR间差值较正常体重者有增大趋势,且倾向于出现显著的统计学差异。BSA标准化可改善正常体重患者的pGFR—gGFR间相关系数,但可明显降低高BMI者的相关系数。结论高BMI是影响BSA标准化的重要因素。 Objective To evaluate the influence of body mass index(BMI) on the normalization of glomerular filtration rate(GFR). Methods The GFR was estimated in 161 patients from March 2010 to March 2012 by plasma clearance method(pGFR) and renogra- phy (gGFR) examination. The patients were grouped based on the clinical stage and BMI. Among different stage groups and BMI groups, the difference of pGFR and gGFR and their correlation coefficients were compared before and after the body surface area( BSA ) normalization. Results Compared to the patients with normal BMI,the difference of pGFR and gGFR increased in the patients with higher BMI, and it intended to have statistical difference. BSA normalization increased the correlation coefficient in patients with normal body weight, but decreased the correlation coefficient in patients with higher BMI. Conclusion BMI is an important influence factor for the BSA normalization.
