抚河廖家湾—李家渡河段治导线分析

Analysis on Regulation Line of Liaojiawan-Lijiadu Reach in Fuhe River

分析了抚河干流廖家湾—李家渡河段的河道演变趋势,提出了该河段治导线确定的原则和方法,结合抚河流域实际情况,提出了该河段20 a一遇洪水的规划治导线及相关的治理措施。根据规划治导线,应将嵩湖村、下李村、肖公渡作为该河段的控制性节点,城西乡周家—滨河北路等河段作为重点河段,通过护滩、护岸等工程措施,逐步调整流路、控制河势,使之保持相对稳定。

Based on analyzing the trend of fiver course evolution of the channel section from Liaojiawan to Lijiadu in Fuhe River, the principle and method for the regulation lines in the reach were proposed. With practical situation in the Fuhe River basin, the harnessing lines and relative im- provement measures for floods of 20 -year frequency in the channel section were put forward. On the basis of the harnessing lines, the villages of Songhu, Xiali and Xiaogongdu were chosen as the control nodes, and the reaches such as which from Zhoujia of Chengxi Town to Binhe Beilu were the key river sections. Through some engineering measures including beach and bank protection engineering, the flow path could be adjusted and the fiver regime could be controlled gradually, then the channel section from Liaojiawan to Lijiadu would be stable relatively.
