摘要
为提高流量测验自动化水平,减轻水文职工的劳动强度,增强水文工作的安全性,采用了YMCP-1型微波流速仪。该仪器采用圆极化方式发射微波,微波波长采用毫米波,多普勒频移大,回波信号强,具备体积小、重量轻、存储容量大、操作维护简便等特点。通过三门峡—花园口区间9个站点40次与转子流速仪的对比试验及误差分析,结果表明:YMCP-1型微波流速仪测量结果达到规范标准,偏离标准差为0.5%,总随机不确定度为10.6%,均满足限差要求。同时,分析了测验时机、吊箱垂度风力、风向等影响测量精度的主要因素。
In order to improve automatic measuring standard, alleviate labor intensity and increase work safety, YMCP-1 model Microwave Current Meter was imported and developed to measure the Yellow River flow. This type meter transmits millimeter wave by circularly polarized manner with lager Doppler Frequency and strong echo signal, it is characterized by small size, light weight, lager storage capacity, simple operation and mainte- nance. 40 comparative tests between microwave velocity meter and rotor flow meter were carried out in 9 hydrology stations in the San-Hua reach of the Yellow River basin, the results show that YMCP - 1 model microwave current meter reaches standard and conform to the requirements, and the measure errors of microwave velocity meter were in tolerance range with 5% of standard deviation and 10.6% of total random uncertainty. Measur- ing time, height of hanging box and wind force and direction were the main influencing factors of comparative test accuracy.
