水工隧洞全断面钢衬灌胶加固有关问题研究

摘要 已建水工隧洞工程由地质条件变化、施工缺陷、结构老化、周围新建工程等原因导致结构强度不足或局部渗漏时,需要进行结构补强和防渗加固处理,而传统加固技术很难达到预期的效果。通过对隧洞全断面钢衬灌胶加固关键技术问题的分析研究,提出隧洞结构加固需要从衬砌结构强度、渗流和钢衬抗外压稳定三个方面进行分析计算,采用半解析有限元法求解压力钢管稳定性问题比较合理,计算结果可靠。通过工程实例设计分析和运行效果检验,认为全断面钢衬灌胶加固技术是水工隧洞结构补强和防渗加固处理的有效、可靠的方法,具有广泛的推广应用前景。 When structural strength insufficiency and local leakage exist resulting from the reasons of geological conditions change, construction de- ficiency, structure aging and neighbor new construction, it needs structure reinforcement and seepage treatment, but the traditional reinforcement technology is difficult to achieve the desired effect. By studying the glue reinforce key technical problems of hydraulic tunnel whole section steel lin- er, the author proposed that tunnel structure reinforcement needed to calculate the lining structure strength, transfusion and the stability of steel lin- ing under the external pressure. Solving the stability problem of penstock using semi-analytical finite element method was more reliable. Through analyzing practical engineering design and running effect inspection, whole section steel liner glue reinforce technology is regarded as the most effec- tive and a reliable way to reinforce hydraulic tunnel structure and prevent seepage, which also has broad application prospects.
