摘要
以问卷调查形式对山西医科大学外语教师的科研情况进行了摸底调查。研究结果表明,外语教师进行科研工作的理念和实践之间存在很大差距,普遍认为教师的科研能力非常重要,但其实际投入进行的科研实践却极为有限。进一步对影响外语教师参与科研的因素及提高外语教师科研能力的途径进行了调查,最后提出外语教师科研工作中存在的主要问题及发展对策。
This study investigates the scientific research status quo of the foreign language teachers in Shanxi Medical University with questionnaire as the main research instrument. The findings indicate that there is a great gap between foreign teachers' beliefs and prac- tices in carrying out scientific research. Although the participating teachers claim that research ability is of great importance to teachers in the 21st century, their research practices are greatly limited. This study further examines the factors affecting foreign language teach- ers' participation in scientific research as well as approaches to improving teachers' research abilities, and comes to conclusion with the problems present in foreign language teachers' scientific research and the developmental countermeasures.
