胸腺肽辅助治疗老年结核性胸膜炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of thymosin in the treatment of senile patients with tuberculous pleurisy

目的观察临床应用胸腺肽辅助治疗老年结核性胸膜炎效果。方法选取在我院诊治的72例老年结核性胸膜炎患者,分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组采用2HRZE/4HR治疗,观察组同时给予胸腺肽辅助治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗后观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),胸腔积液全部吸收完成时间较对照组显著减少(P<0.01),治疗完成一个月后观察组患者的胸腔积液全部吸收率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论临床应用胸腺肽辅助治疗老年结核性胸膜炎疗效显著,无明显的毒副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of thymosin in the treatment of senile pa- tients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 72 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR, and the observation group re- ceived thymosin as adjuvant therapy. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effec- tive rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The curative effect was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The clinical application of thymosin has significant efficacy without obvious side effects in the treatment of senile patients with tuberculous pleurisy.
