细胞角蛋白19片段与COPD合并症关系的探讨

Relationship between CYFRA21-1 and complications of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 主要探讨血浆肿瘤标志物细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1）与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并症的关系.方法 选取2012.12~2013.5 在我院住院治疗的COPD患者45人,根据是否患有并发症分为COPD无合并症组（A组）22人和COPD有合并症组（B组）23人,记录其性别、年龄、肺功能及体重指数.记录其COPD合并症情况.测定两组患者血清CYFRA21-1水平.结果 COPD无合并症组（A组）血浆CYFRA21-1水平明显低于COPD有合并症组（B组）（P〈0.05）.结论 血清CYFRA21-1水平高低与COPD的合并症情况密切相关.

Objective To investigate the relationship between CYFRA21-1 and complications of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 45 COPD patients were divided into the COPD with complications group （the group B） and the COPD without complications group （group A）. The group A included 22 patients and the group B included 23 patients. The level of CYFRA21-1 in plasma were measured in all patients, and their age, sex, lung function, body mass index （BMI） and complications were recorded. Results The level of CY- FRA21-1 in plasma was much lower in the group A than in the group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The level of CY- FRA21-1 is closely related with complications of COPD patients.
